The Jody Fisher Law Firm continues to serve our community during this uncertain time. We are continuing to serve our clients and are available for appointments by telephone and video conferencing. We are still filing and proceeding with Court cases electronically, even the Judges are appearing remotely. Though the Courts have limited physical hearings in many counties in the state of Florida, we are able to conduct hearings via Court Calls and physical hearings are still conducted in matters deemed an emergency, including but not limited to criminal proceedings, injunctions for protection, dependency cases, child time sharing, custody, and divorce to name just a few.
